  I don't normally write reviews but my experience in this shop last week while on holiday was so bad I had to make other customers aware of it. Okay it was almost 5 o'clock at night when I went in but the greeting from the woman serving was 'you've got 5 minutes to have a look'. I had decided I was going to buy a table I had seen in the window which cost £69. When I told her this she pointed to another table which was also in the window and said 'it's £364 and I'm not getting it out of the window at this time of night'. She was quite serious when she said this and I felt she was implying that I couldn't afford it. (As it happens I am looking for furniture for my new home and so could afford it). By then I was so mortified I left the shop without the table - where I work the importance of good customer care is drummed into us. Needless to say I won't be back in this shop again even tough it is filled with lovely things. You have been warned! Sheena Gillespie (using son's google login!
